The air conditioning was not working g and instead of apologizing the staff was rude and took like ages to move us to a different room . Even the room was not cleaned in time . Like with persistent request it was cleaned at 6 pm .

Our stay at the Spark was nice. Reasonable distance to downtown. Only problem was that the pool was completely empty. Probably would have chosen a different hotel had we been aware that the pool was not going to be accessible.
