“We loved our 2 week stay at this nostalgic home. We grew up in this area and it was like going home. The home is extremely clean and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet, convenient and the location is great. Buttonwood Park is just a block away and it makes it great for walking. Robin is a wonderful host and thinks of everything. She has some basic essentials and treats waiting for you so you don't have to run out to the store when you arrive. She is so thoughtful that she even……

“Great spot for the family. Close to Newport and local beaches. Plenty of space and was very clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“The most perfect spot! Our host and the neighbors were so nice and gave us great tips! Would definitely stay again”

“The home was spotless and perfectly appointed for our family of 6. The backyard is spacious and we could walk to the ocean. It afforded a quick drive to the shops and restaurants of Newport.”

“The yurt was clean and nice and served all of our needs.”

“Everything was nice and clean ”

“Great house and easy ride to everything in Newport!”

“My family and I had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back! The house was very clean, beautiful, and felt so cozy. It was the perfect place for our family and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of extra towels, and you can tell the hosts really put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. Even though we didn’t have any young kids with us, we noticed they had lots of family-friendly extras like board games, a high chair, and other……

“Renovated house, very cute. Kitchen was definitely a highlight as it was a good space for cooking and gathering together. Some amenities of house were not exactly as listed in description. Location of house was nice-close to beach and park with pickleball courts, easy access to Newport wharves and restaurants ”

“Property was very clean. Kitchen was stocked and marble kitchen table was lovely. It just needed some updating... much more lighting in bedrooms and bathrooms, towels were worn thin and stained, and furniture was looking worn.”

“Plenty of room, beautifully appointed. As advertised.”

“Awesome place. Clean and well kept”

“Nice rental. Good location”

“Brenda and Derek were amazing hosts. They have a beautifully landscaped property with all the amenities needed for a relaxing family vacation. They are super responsive and take a lot of pride in giving their guests a top-notch experience. We will definitely consider staying at their properties again.”

“Good space. Fun backyard area.”

“The advertising is very misleading. It’s not a private house. It’s an apartment. That is attached to a large tenement house . This “apartment” lacks privacy and has maintenance issues.”
