「The room was clean, but unfortunately, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Approximately one hour before the scheduled 11:00 a.m. checkout, I called the front office to request a late checkout. I was specifically told that extending my checkout until 12:00 p.m. would not be a problem. However, at approximately 11:20 a.m., a male staff member began aggressively banging on my door, insisting that it was time for me to leave. I explained that I had already received...

「The gentleman at the front desk was so very nice and helpful. He really seems to care and I appreciated him. The property is older so it has some wear but there was no trash and seemed to be kept clean. The room itself was a good size with a mini couch. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed and would constantly roll open no matter how many times we closed them.

「They had exposed wires around the room. Roaches crawled along the floor throughout our stay. They refuse to give a refund for anything. They wouldn’t even give extra blankets or TOWELS! Do not stay here」

「Great place been staying here for years they make sure your comfortable」

「Everyone is nice, parking is free and easy. If we visit Huston again, we will book them again.」

「The sanitation is poor, the towels are old, the room has a bad smell, the customer service attitude is poor, and the price is higher than others of the same level.」
