整體不錯
酒店職員服務很親切，經常臉帶笑容，出入都會跟你聊幾句，很窩心。房間不算大，但空間足夠，有露台，早上看出去的景觀很美。睡床很舒適，冷氣很夠。早餐選擇不多，味道還好。距離古城有點遠，走路約20分鐘，可惜酒店沒有提供穿梭巴服務。

這是一家很乾淨，也很悠閒的飯店，飯店提供接駁車及免費腳踏車到會安老街上，價格也相當優惠，值得推薦。

Nice hotel but can be better
The breakfast was quite disappointing. It has quite a variety of choices but most of the hot dishes were empty when I was there. There were still at least half an hour for breakfast but no one cares to refill the dishes. As for the room, it's tiny and clean in general. There was a nice balcony but no chairs or table so it's rather useless. I found the comb in the bathroom with hair left by the previous guest so check carefully before you use it. They provide one-way shuttle bus to the Anbang beach and it will be so much nicer if there can be a return ride.

Excellent service
The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is comfortable. Breakfast buffet is quite good. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Hoi An old town for visitors but we chose walking as it’s close to the old town. My friends and I wanna thanks all of the staffs. We would highly recommend the hotel if you stay in Hoi An.

良好 早餐一般 但與價格相符 泳池不錯在餐廳隔壁 職員態度有善 參加了酒店推介的local tour但與email說好的價錢不一 要小心 酒店有shuttle bus 到古鎮非常方便 大部份住客是外國人 酒店安排由機場的接送 司機態度差不耐煩 沒有禮貌

got robbed in hoian
the hotel itself was a nice one. it was comfortable and relaxing. i did have some good times until i was robbed on the way back to the hotel. i was riding a bike and put my bag in the basket. a man suddenly grab my bag from the basket and drove away, he was one a motobike. The stuff in hotels helped me change a room and company to the police, which i was very grateful and gave them a 5 star for service. but I think its the hotels responsibility to aware the guests of the robbers, since they told me this is not the first case after i was robbed. no body warned me to not put my bag in the basket and not body told me its not safe to bike at night.

OK in general, but we are not too happy with the management. We had to pay one extra whole day because we arrived early in the morning (other hotel only charged half day)

舒服安靜的飯店
整體來說非常舒服。非鬧區很安靜但距離古城走路也僅需大約15分，同時飯店有提供免運租借腳踏車&固定時段接駁車的服務，若想體驗也是不錯的選擇。 但不曉得是越南習慣關係，浴室雖有乾濕分離每次洗完外面卻都是濕的～小小扣分。 不過真心推薦！

We stayed in Green Apple Hotel for 2 nights. Very good service, quiet surroundings, comfortable bed, clean room, etc. The hotel offers shuttle service to the ancient town, and you can walk back. Recommend to anyone who wants budget accommodation.

Nice and comfortable hotel
The bed is clean and comfortable. They clean the room everyday. Fridge and safe are provided. The owner Mr Duy and the staff Bobby are friendly. They can speak English well and willing to help when you are in need. The shuttle service to and from the airport is punctual and comfortable with reasonable price. The breakfast is delicious . Local food , western food, fresh juice and fruit are provided. You can ride the bicycle (free of charge) to the beach or the town of Hoi An without difficulty.

Our 6 night stay at The Green Apple was very nice. The hotel is quiet and quaint, tucked away from the noise of Old Town Hoi An. The staff was wonderful and so helpful with everything. We were able to walk to Old Town and when we were tired or hot, we just got a quick taxi ride. We were able to book 2 short tours through the front desk: one was a cooking class and the other was a Vespa ride through the countryside. Excellent! Green Apple handled all of the arrangements and details. They also booked a taxi ride to the airport when we needed to leave. If we are ever in Hoi An again, this is where we will stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Green Apple hotel. The rooms are clean and airy and the buffet breakfast was nice in the mornings. The location was perfect it's only a short walk to Old town without all the traffic of it. We would absolutely stay again.

The staff were wonderful and caring, helpful in setting up tours and rides. The property is a bit of a walk from the old town, but they did have bicycles to borrow, which helped with transportation. They were also helpful in arranging transportation to Hue.

La chambre était super propre, nettoyage et changement des serviettes chaque jour. Le personnel très serviable et sympathique, ils ont organisé tous nos transports. Super déjeuner, beaucoup de choix et très bon. Emplacement parfait, à 15 minutes de marche du marché de nuit et à 10 minutes de la plage à vélo. L’emprunt de vélo est pratique et apprécié. La piscine est très propre et la cours est très belle.

The room was clean and roomy, with the addition of a balcony was great. The owners of the hotel were so very helpful with anything we asked or needed. The pool was great, but could do with some big shade umbrellas as it gets no protection from the sun. Breakfast was nice with cereal, toast, yoghurt, eggs to order and fruit for me, and many other Asian choices are available for the more adventurous. The Green Apple is about a 15 minute walk to Old Town, and there are dining options all around as well. We had no problem being picked up and dropped off there from local tour companies, it is easy to find. For the cost of the room per night, it was great value for money with breakfast included.

I want to give 6 stars best stay EVER ❤️
This is a family business with the real love you don't often see. Ho was amazing arranging EVERYTHING!! Our transfer to Danang was cheaper than anyone else. She arranged trips to Hue, snorkelling, lantern making, cookery class and monkey mountain all cheaper than you find online. Breakfast is a good selection of fruit, juice, eggs, rice, noodles, bread, bacon, sausage etc The room is spacious, modern, fresh and the A/C is great. Nice bathroom/shower. Fresh towels and bedsheets and the room had an amazing balcony. Lovely plunge pool to chill out in. Perfectly located for the beach, restaurants, the old town, night market but nice and quiet. YOU MUST stay here! This family will do everything to help you from a massage to a tailored suit. They are the most kind welcoming people we have met in Vietnam 🙏 We will be back ❤️

Amazing Stay
Best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam. The owner was so helpful and always went out of his way to help us out. With any tours we wanted to go on the owner booked and arranged everything for us, which saved us so much hassle. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Great hotel
Lovely hotel. Short walk into the old town. The owner was really nice. Gave my friend a free room upgrade but only one available unfortunately for me. He did offer me free breakfast as a consolation 😊 the staff are all friendly and the place is very clean. The pool was very refreshing.

Great place to spend a few days in Hoi An. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to downtown but on a quiet street so no noise during the night. Comfy beds and hot/powerful shower. The rooms are really clean and AC was very good. The breakfast had options to suit all tastes. The best feature was the owner, family and staff who work at the hotel. They were all kind, friendly and made me feel welcome. The owner went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the room I had booked!

Really nice hotel
I had a great stay at the Green Apple. It’s in a quieter area and about 15-20 minute walk into Old Town. Incredibly friendly staff, comfortable bed, WiFi was generally good, nice breakfast options and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended at the price.

There is no fitness room in the hotel other than that Top Hotel, Staff is realy friendly and helpfull. The hotel is 15-20 min away from the old town by foot. But there are also free bicycel which you can use.

Das Green Apple Hotel ist ein kleines und ruhiges Hotel, ungefähr 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber es gibt freie Fahrrãder für die Gäste, und damit ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Den Strand kann man mit dem Fahhrad in 15 Minuten erreichen, über schöne Reisfelder. Ich hatte ein Superior Room gebucht und ein freies Upgrade auf ein Deluxe Room mit Balkon erhalten, vielen Dank. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und das Bett bequem. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und spricht gut Englisch. Es gibt ein Frühstücksbuffet mit Brot/Butter/Marmelade, Eier, frischem Obst, Müsli, etc. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit im Green Apple Hotel und Hoi An und wäre gerne länger geblieben.

Highly recommend the Green Apple! The room was big, comfortable and clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! They helped us with all our questions and have great recommendations for food and things to do! There was also free use of bicycles which was a great bonus! Plus they arranged a car to take us to the airport for a great price!

I had a lovely time at the Green Apple Hotel. Youi was a wonderful host who would bend over backwards to help you. The hotel was peaceful and I never heard a kid bang a drum. The pool was a great way to wash away the heat. The balcony a lovely way to take in the breeze. There were plenty of movie channels. The hotel itself was about a twenty minute walk to the river, but there were plenty of restaurant choices a few minutes from the door. I had a week in Hoi An and couldn't fault the Green Apple Hotel.

When I arrived there was a boy outside banging a loud drum. You could hear in everywhere in the hotel. I mentioned it to hotel management and they seemed very nonchalant about it. Grabbed my bag and left. The surrounding area is very loud. For some this isn't an issue but for me all I care about is peace and quiet. I don't care about the staff, cleanliness, breakfast options, location, etc.... I just want quiet.

Great location where you can walk to everything. Plenty of shops, markets and places eat and grab a coffee - very walkable area. Also very safe area. Owners where extremely kind and helpful with suggestions. I spent 10 days here and loved it.
