Great location, conveniently close to the beach and lots of food options nearby. We snatched up a great deal paying only $30AUD a night, friendly staff and generally clean. Only down side was the shower in our room kept flooding the bathroom as the drain was not draining quick enough. Pool was lovely on the roof top, but no shade available from direct sunlight.

Worse experience I ever have.

This is the worse hotel that I ever stay. First, before I arrive Da Nẵng , I tried to contact hotel to arrange hotel pick up service from airport to hotel, i sent 3 emails to the hotel and no one reply. No one ever answer the phone as well. I still don’t get the correct hotel contact now. Then when I get to the hotel room there are different from the photo. The picture and details show in Expedia website mention there should have bathtub in the room, but there are no bathtub. I reach to the hotel stuff and the stuff mention this room type have no bathtub facility at all. There are discrepancy on the discription between Expedia website and hotel service. Finally I can change to a room with bathtub but then the shower have no hanger to hold the shower tab, you need to hold the water tab by yourself to able to take shower. No service at all, in the morning around 9-10, cleaning ladies or man ring the door bell, if you didn’t answer them or open the door, they will open your room door without any notice. This is a very very bad service and I cannot rest any more after they wake me up. There are no “ Do not disturb” sign to notice them they cannot access our room. OK, we tried to ask them to come later to clean our room, but no one tridy up the room. I stay here for 4 nights and they ring the door bell and access to our room without notice 4 times. At the end of the trip, we have been told to pay 300,000vnd but grab is only 50,000. They didn’t mention the pay in advanc

We made a booking for Greenery Hotel at the start of December for the 6th-8th January. On arrival, we were sat down and then told that there was building work going on and they hadn't been accepting bookings for the last 3 weeks. We were then informed that we would be taken to another hotel which "would be the same" as what our original booking should've been. We were left at the other hotel which was 1 mile away and we never heard from Greenery Hotel again. The hotel we ended up staying at wasn't good enough and we had multiple problems during our stay. Not sure why we weren't informed in advance that this would happen and given time to change our booking. So based on our experience we would definitely not recommend Greenery Hotel.

Disappointing condition

The surrounding area was quite lively, with lots of places to eat around the hotel. However the condition of the hotel was quite disappointing. We found some tiny insects in the bathroom, and there were a lot of ants on the breakfast table at the restaurant on 2/F. The rooftop pool seemed to be unmaintained with bits of the canopy hanging. A bit dangeous, to be honest. The staff were not helpful and friendly, and they did not understand English.

미케해변과 아주 가까운 호텔

우선 늦게 체크인 할 때 3명으로 예약했는데 2명이라고 해서 예약한 내용을 찾아 보여줬더니 그 때야 할겠다고 했습니다. 호텔 프런트의 서비스는 그저 그랬고, 청소는 매일 하지만 정말 대충하는 느낌을 받았고, 프런트에 3명이서 머문다고 말했지만 항상 수건을 2개씩 갖다놔서 하나씩 받을 때마다 직접 가서 말해야했습니다! 그래도 베트남어를 사용해야하는 전화를 부탁할 때도 친절하게 응대해주시고, 호텔에서 걸어서 3분 거리에 미케해변이 있어서 일출도 빨리 다녀올 수 있어서 좋았습니다! 호텔방에서 해변과 저녁에 아시아파크까지 보여서 야경이 이뻣습니당
