冷氣機製冷速度很慢 前台接待員不是很友善
這間酒店的冷氣機機不知什麼回事，前台接待處不開冷氣，房間冷氣機要兩小時才涼一點，晚上到酒店餐廳吃飯沒開冷氣。 一到酒店，那兩位接待員並沒有面帶笑容，而且不耐心解答問題。離開時，接待員就較好。 房間的設計很好。

市區旁的飯店
飯店位於古城區旁邊，走路大約5分鐘就可以到達古城區，而且飯店還有免費的接駁車，可以到海灘去走走，非常的方便，而且還提供了免費的腳踏車，常常是不夠使用但是記得不能先預訂，所以不一定有車。 缺點是隔音設備並不好，走廊的聲音晚上睡覺都聽得到．還有早餐的部分熱食常常是沒有加熱，水果麵包的補貨全部都是用手抓的(在樓梯轉角補貨)

Average Hotel
The hotel was at the end of the street along the river, approximately 800 meters from the entrance of the old twon. In the night, the street along the river was deem, only light are from hotels along the street. I have a juior suite, but it is not what I expect, as it is very small for a suite size, as I would say it is a misrepresentation. The room I have come with a leaking air-con and eventually have to change to another room during the night. The toilet with only on down light near the basin, wher the toilet and shower were very deem. The shower room was slippy and does not come with anti-skip mat, and the glass bottle contains the shower gel and shampoo were all placed outsdie the shower room, on the basin counter, you could only place all this glass bottle on the shower room floor. The breakfast was average, nothing special, as it serve just enough for Asian and Western guest. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite.

員工非常有禮,有迎賓飲料.很友善及常常跟你聊天,感覺非常誠懇及有禮。 房間亦很大,應有的都有。 入住時間下午2時,我們下午5時出門,回到酒店房間都打理清潔了一番,非常好!!!

离会安古城走路10分钟左右，稍远
酒店设施齐全，有餐厅和游泳池，但离会安古城较远，拖行李的游客不太方便。酒店的房间不大，床比较舒服，房间内干净整洁，我们住的朝西的房间，正好面对大河，风景不错。酒店早餐的种类和质量都一般，是在越南住的酒店里面早餐最差的一家。酒店提供到岘港的出租车服务，不过价格很不透明，预订好酒店之后邮件咨询是单程50万盾，到酒店前台入住后价格46万盾，会安镇上有出租车店铺标价28万盾。 酒店总体感觉性价比一般，可能因为是旅游城市，物价普遍偏高。

酒店位處河邊那條路的最尾一間，與日本橋的距離算是不遠，慢慢散步過去大約走二十分鐘左右；天氣好時從房間窗戶看出去的景色很美；房間不算大，但都有長沙發跟乾濕分離的浴室；露台特小，但整體感覺不錯

Still Fine but not again
Stupid design toilet. Room is large but simple facilities Convenient taxi service at front door. Remember to take the yellow one. Environment is still fine but not that relaxing feeling. Will try another hotel if go again. But there's a few nice restaurant nearby. Nice burger and Indian food. Track it by tripadviser. And it is close to the beach. Cheap beer and good view.

Accommondation is comfortable, neat and clean. Spa room is not that presentable. Suggest playing with relaxing music and light up fragrance oil during the treatment.

후기가 좋아 선택했는데 체크아웃 할 때 바로 앞에서 후기작성 해달라고 요청 받았어요. 그래서 다들 안 좋게 쓸 수가 없었구나 생각했어요. 전체적으로 나쁘지는 않았지만 친절도는 다른곳에 비해 조금 떨어진 것 같고, 사진상으로 넓어보이는 방도 실제로는 거의 평범한 수준이었어요. 가격 대비 만족도는 떨어졌어요. 조식뷔페에는 음식들에 대한 설명이 부족했고 음식도 다양하지는 않았어요. 3.5성급 정도의 느낌입니다. 다음번에는 예약하지 않을 것 같아요.

Perfect property for hoi an
Absolutely wonderful stay in the perfect property. The staff throughout were wonderful with both help and suggestions. My wife needed a visit to a local hospital and they were quick to help organize. Location is perfect, close enough to walk but far enough to still be quiet. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Pool was very relaxing. Hope to be back!

This hotel was great. Very clean and very nice staff. They provide bikes that allow you to quickly get into the heart of Hoi An and experience it. We really liked that it was just outside the old city - it felt like a nice retreat while still being close to everything.

This hotel is a little outside the very touristic areas, but still very easy to walk to and much quieter It is super clean and the staff is very friendly and useful. The breakfast buffet is not extravagant but has still many options . There is a great restaurant 3 houses down (Cobbs) that you really need to try. We will definitely go back should we visit Hoi An again

This hotel shoukdnt be rated 4 stars, its loud, the staff was unhelpful when asked about anything and they were incinsistant with the prices when asking to book more nights. The price increased from 630k to 1 million upon asking for one more night. This made my decission to not stay here any longer. It is clear through interactions with the owner of the hotel they are only interested in money and not guest satisfaction. Repeat, not the staff, the staff did their best, it was the owners fault.

Lovely Hotel
It's our second stay here, four years on & it has changed slightly. Still great Hotel. Had Deluxe Pedicure with Tam best I have ever had. Only complaint is the laundry, I went to great lengths to make sure they used hangers for some items I even drew a picture!! But still came back folded in laundry bag very creased Over all still lovely hotel.
