나쁘지는 않지만, 위생은 보통

위치는 좋아요. 직원들도 친절하고, 주변에 건물들이 공사중이라 소음이 있었습니다만, 낮에는 거의 돌아다녔기 때문에 크게 불편할 정도는 아니었습니다. 매니저가 늘 카운터에 있지 않기때문에 가끔 휴지나 타올을 달라고 요청할 때 빠르게 대처가 되지 않았습니다. 이불에서는 발냄새가 매우 심해서 좀 힘들었어요. 하지만 직원들은 친절했고, 2층 패밀리룸도 사이즈도 크고 작은 테라스를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

アットホームで落ち着きました

こちらは、ダナン旅行初日に1泊させて頂きました。チェックインは激速で、過去最速でした。なので、朝食等に関して後ほど聞きに行く事になりましたが。。皆さん、いつも笑顔で接して下さり、とても落ち着くホテルでした。難点はＴＶがつかなかった事と、併設されたレストランでのオーダー式の朝食が、ジュース、バケットにベーコン2切れと、少し淋しい気がしました。私がよく食べる方なので(笑)　翌日のミーケビーチへの移動はタクシー価格の7割程度でハイヤーを用意して下さいました。立地もいいですし、落ち着きますし、次にホイアンに来るとしたら、またホテルの選択肢に入ると思います。

ทำเลดีมากๆ อยู่ใกล้เมืองเก่า เดินสบายๆ เจ้าของโรงแรมดูแลและให้คำแนะนำต่างๆดีมากๆ ช่วยเหลือดี มีร้านอาหารของโรงแรมอร่อย มีอาหารเช้าบริการฟรี ร้านอาหารราคาไม่แพง เจ้าของร้านอาหารบริการเยี่ยม มีโอกาสจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีก แนะนำเลย ทุกคนในทริปนี้ 11 คนประทับใจมากๆ

Fint lille anbefalelsesværdigt Homestay

Vi boede en familie på 4 hos Tea Garden i 6 nætter og nød rigtig meget opholdet. Fine værelser med balkon ude foran. Værtinden er virkelig hjælpsom og arrangerede også 2 af vores ture. Morgenmaden er valgfri efter menukort, så ikke noget gourmet, men fint. Sengene er lidt hårde. Tea Garden ligger i virkelig fin gå afstand til Old Town. Tæt på ligger en kaffebar, hvor de også sælger Baskin Robbins is som flere gange blev nydt ved poolen😊 Kan godt anbefale stedet.

Location is good. The room is big and nicely designed. However the room is dusty at some corners, the towels are dirty and the pillows smell awful.. the fan has not been cleaned for long, I guess. The manager and staff are friendly and helpful though.... the hotel has no lift but they help to carry all our luggage up to our room.

街中にもほど近い、こじんまりとした便利なホテル

数年前にできた、比較的新しいホテルのようです。 今までホイアンではアンホイ島に宿泊していて、市街地に宿泊は初めてでした。 ナイトマーケットまでは徒歩10分強かかります。 ホテルの周りにはスーパーやレストラン、有名なチョコレート店など お店には困りません。 周りには住宅街もあり、ホイアン住民の普段の生活の様子も垣間見れます。 4人宿泊出来る 1泊1万円以下 プールがある という条件でここのダブルベッド2台の部屋を選びました。 スタッフはみんなフレンドリーです。 部屋は昔ながらのベトナム風で、ビジネスホテルのように無機質ではなく ややリゾート感を感じられます。 お風呂は簡易的なもので、シャワーカーテンがありますが、 シャワーブースが木の枠で出来ていて、 排水溝に向かって傾斜が全くないため なかなか流れて行かず、枠も超えて トイレにお湯が流れて来てしまいます。 シャンプーを使うと泡もなかなか流れず ちょっと苦労しました。 朝ごはんはすぐ近くのレストランで。 夜もそこで食べましたが、ホイアンの名物料理も一通り揃っていて 味も良かったです。 豪華さはないけれど、アットホームなホテルを探している方には 4人泊まれることを考えたらコストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。

Fantastic value and location

I loved everything about this hotel, except the mattresses ... I have to admit that they were super-firm, which does not appeal to me. But other than that ONE thing, it was great. Our host, the room, the charm of the hotel, location, etc., was wonderful.

Superb and good location

Very nice and friendly hotel! Especially with the good location, close to the old town and at the same time not so busy in the streets. The receptionist was the mist wonderful woman on earth! Cudos to such a great «guide» to Hoi An and all of its secrets

정말 만족스러웠습니다! 다들 친절하시고 많이 웃어주시고 제공되는 아침식사도 정말 맛있었습니다ㅎㅎ 제가 질문이 많아서 가기전에 메일을 정말 많이 드렸는데 다 친절하게 대답해주셨어서 직접 만났을때 정말 반가웠어요 ㅎㅎ 호이안에서 하루 머물고 다낭으로 넘어가는 일정이었는데 호이안에서 더 머물걸... 하는 아쉬움이 남을정도였어요!

Nice hotel in central area

Good hotel the staff was friendly and the serivce was execellent. Our only complaint was that the room was a bit musty and damp. This was because when we arrived our room doors were wide open. Other than this the stay was execllent

Nice Homestay in Great Location

This homestay is in a great location, easy walking distance to the Ancient Town of Hoi An (which is especially convenient in the hot weather!). The pool was a really refreshing way to cool down between walking around town in the afternoon and going to dinner. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind-- everyone seemed genuinely interested in helping me with whatever I needed. Room was nice, with gorgeous tall glass doors (perhaps a bit risky if you're worried about security, though there was a safe in the room). I'd say facilities were on par with a 3-star hotel.

Wonderful, friendly family homestay

We had a brilliant stay here. We were travelling with two small children and the staff were extremely warm and accommodating to all of us. The breakfast was good and the restaurant attached to the hotel serves excellent food: the best we had in Hoi An.

En pärla

Tea Garden Homestay är ett utmärkt ställe i ett lugnt läge, trots att det bara ligger ett par minuters promenad från gamla stan i Hoi An. Att kalla det homestay är lite missvisande, då det på alla sätt mera är ett litet hotell med en pool och en trevligt frukostplats i trädgården. Servicen är väldigt bra. Rummen är smakfullt inredda. Städningen är utmärkt. Det enda negativa är att sängarna är rejält hårda. Ibland är det väldigt svårt att förstå varför folk väljer att bo på de stora hotellen en bit från stan, när man kan bo centralt, på en sådan här liten pärla!
