Next to the Hotel is a fairly new bar and it will be open until 1 am, we have prepared earplugs at the reception area for guests to use. We would like to apologize for the noise come from our pub which hosts only 1-2 events per week, please rest assured that we have been working with the Pub management to adjust the time accordingly. Regardlessly, guests receive vouchers -20% when checking in to participate, so it would be our pleasure if guests could come and join us. Moreover, we have noted in our key that towels will be available at the front desk meaning exchange at there so sorry to have you skip it, please sympathize for us that we only change the towel when it potentially affected to your health whilst protecting the environment. And, we are always willing to remind other guests to follow the hostel rules with quiet hours so sorry for hearing that you didn’t meet the expectation, also, there is always on-site staff, we would have been so regretted if you could report immediately to the receptionist about the situation. Regarding the motorcycles, we always asked customers to confirm the time in the rental contract as well as pay all the rental fees at the beginning. In case you return the vehicles sooner than expected time, please let us know in advance and we will refund you the left if possible. If you return it later than the last moment of the previous rental day without any annoucement in advance, the return will be considered. In your case, you return it 4 hours later without any announcement and it's totally not a special situation to get a refund. The laundry is actually our fault. We would like to apologize for this problem that made you late for the train. With the big amount of guests, sometimes our services are overload and cause the late. We also would like to offer you a good discount on your next stay or for your relatives who come here in the future. We promise to absorb your assessments to improve the service as well as bring a better experience to customers. Nos gustaría pedir disculpas por el problema con la ropa. Con la gran cantidad de invitados, a veces nuestros servicios se sobrecargan y provocan el retraso. Dear Kyong Hee, First of all, We want to thank you for you detailed review, we are trying to work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Regarding our bathrooms, please let us explain that regrettably, we have more than that 2 shower rooms mentioned( in 2nd floor) which are placed in 1st floor and, was being repaired. Hence, it’s understandable that our staff didn’t want to show all our dear guest the shortcomings. Such a great pity to let the inconvenience has caused you and now we would like to inform that our bathrooms is being it’s finest to serve. And also in that time, we have a social dance party weekly and it must be turned off at 11PM. While focusing harder on our soundproof system, we are sorry to hear it couldn’t bring you a good-night sleep. It would be our pleasure if you could have joined our rooftop with 20% discount of total bill for every guest stay at hostel. About the price of our services, we believe that our reasonable price deserves its worth. Nevertheless, we will take that opinion as our main priority advice to form our management. Last but not least, please accept our sincere apologies for the cleanliness issue. To serve guest best, our cleaning staffs do clean the restroom every 2 hours and make sure room get done before checking in. Yet your feedback is discussed with our housekeeping team to ensure they step up their game and provide better services moving forward.
