My stay at Villa Orchid Garden Riverside in Hoi An was nothing short of wonderful. The friendliness and warmness of the staff really shone through. The property’s riverside location provides a peaceful atmosphere and picturesque view and yet it is still very accessible and walkable to nearby attractions. Shoutout to Tran, Lee and the entire team for making my stay in Hoi An so memorable.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Villa Orchid Garden Riverside à Hoi An a été merveilleux ! L'endroit est charmant, avec une ambiance paisible. La chambre était confortable et propre, et le personnel était très accueillant. L'emplacement près du centre historique de Hoi An était très pratique pour explorer la ville à pied ou les alentours à vélo (mis à disposition) Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable à Hoi An.

Excellent Boutique Hotel.

Great little hotel, roughly 20 minutes walk from Japanese Bridge but with a lovely riverside setting. Rooms were excellent and the fact it has a swimming pool to relax around was an added bonus. Hotel provides free bicycle hire if you want to use them to get in to town/explore the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again and have recommended to friends already!

Hidden gem of peace & quiet

Hidden gem of Hoi An. Beautiful space right on the river with garden, pool courtyard, and lovely rooms. Clean and comfortable. A bit off the beaten track and away from the crowds- 15 min walk/5 min taxi to Old Town. We would definitely stay here again. The staff are wonderful and give lots of tips, information, and more.

Loved our stay! The villas, the pool, the staff, the location, everything was fabulous. Breakfast was super yummy. We rode the free bikes everyday, which was so easy to get around. The location is perfect and really safe with kids who can just walk out along the riverfront where there are heaps of cafes and restaurants. Old town is just a 5 min ride away. We’d stay again definitely if we get the chance to return.

Fantastiskt mysigt hotell! Både boendeområdet med all grönska, trevlig pool, god hotellfrukost där man fick beställa vad man ville ha varje morgon från varierad meny, rum över förväntan som var mycket rymliga och med bra dusch och badrum ! Bästa servicen med supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal - både i receptionen och sädare! Tror inte golven torkades dagligen, men i övrigt vad städningen bra och med nya handdukar varje dag! Fick hjälp och tips kring bokning av tours eller andra tips när som helst eller via WhatsApp. Väldigt tillmötesgående och tillgänglig personal! Det kändes nästan lite hemtrevligt på ett sätt som vi inte känt på andra ställen. Verkligen bästa hotellet vi varit på under vår hittills 3 veckors Vietnamresa. Det låg också mysigt vid floden. Fick låna gratis cyklar, jättesmidigt ! Fanns också en supergod restaurang bara 50 meter därifrån som också hade ett väldigt mysigt läge. Vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka! ☺️

Modernes schönes Hotel am Fluss mit Pool

Absolut freundlicher Empfang und Service. Sehr erholsam mit Pool. Besteht aus mehreren Häusern. Mit den kostenfreien Fahrräder kommt man super ins Zentrum. Sehr angenehme persönliche Atmosphäre. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. War mehrere Tage dort, um den schönen Ort Hoi An zu erkunden und zu erleben. Sehr gerne wieder. Persönlicher Frühstücksservice bei dem auch mehrere Sachen auf Wunscg gemacht werden.

Très bel établissement de taille humaine, une quinzaine de chambres, dans un endroit tranquille de la ville, Au bord de la rivière, sur une route peu passante mais avec beaucoup de restaurants, avec une très belle piscine au milieu d'un jardin d'orchidées. Chambre spacieuse et bien aménagée avec une belle salle de bain. Bel endroit face à la rivière pour les petits déjeuners, qui sont excellents et copieux. Il dispose de vélos en libre service permettant de relier le facilement le centre ville en 10 mn, la plage ou coconut village. Le personnel, très attentionné, et efficace. Verdict : excellent choix !

This feels like it should be a secret it’s so good

Simply an amazing gem of a place that is hard to summarise in words or photos. We had a fantastic stay at this amazingly floral location by the river… it really does live up to its name! The garden of orchids surrounds the private and secluded pool area. From the top floor, 2-room mini apartment we had 360 views (and a river view to boot), 2 (!) bathrooms that feel semi indoor/outdoor and fabulous air-con. Breakfast was leisurely and with a great selection of fruits, juices, coffee, eggs… you name it. A special mention to Lee and Gwen who take pride in knowing all the great places to eat, drink, get massages, taxis and have a friendly team supporting the exceptional service we were shown. Handy bike loans meant when we felt like it, the busy town centre was a short ride, and even the beach didn’t seem too far a cycle. Would recommend this to all and everyone in a heartbeat. Thank you team Orchid Garden!

Excellent breakfast & quiet environment

Stayed here in 2015 and the Villa is as good as before. Clean, quiet & with super breakfast. Special thanks to LY for being so caring & prepared a table for our big group of 10 to have a decent breakfast. It is nice to meet all the helpful staff again. Don’t miss walking along the river from the Villa to Central Market & enjoy the calmness & harmony.

Nice place but the worst experience

Nice enivorment , the welcome banana cake and the breakfast is great! However,staff didnt provide travel information. Let me share my experience. A bit long story, but it is VERY IMPORTANT!! We have brorrowed 2 bicycles without registration, it is free. When we cycled to the town centre, we found that we dun have the locked!! Then we parked somewhere and go to have dinner. After dinner, 2 bicycles are disappeared!!! We searched the street , but no result. Then we rushed to the hotel, and told the staff. She replied that it costs USD150 per bicycle. We noted that it is our fault,and willing to pay for them ( the staff said that the locked should be in the basket of the bicycle, but the fact is WE DUN HAVE. It would be great if she can remind the guests next time) After, we would like to ask police help to write a report for travel insurance , the staff said that it is meaningless if we find polices directly, we are better to seek police help through the restaurant . I am not really understand , however, we went to the restaurant again. Finally , the waiter there brought us to “police station” , and we found that there were many bicycles there!!!OMG, the fact is.....that night was full moon festival, polices have to clear the street, no bicycles was allowed in the street from 1830 to 2130. We found the bicycles there and the police said hotel can only get them back until next morning. It is our story. So thats why i said the hotel didnt provide us the travel info.
