Alles in allem solide. Tolle Aussicht, super Lage, 1a Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist wohnlich, es wurd..

Alles in allem solide. Tolle Aussicht, super Lage, 1a Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist wohnlich, es wurde mit Liebe dekoriert. Es gibt eine Nespresso, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Abzug für die Bratpfanne. Man bekommt ein Starterkit mit Spülmaschinentabs, WC Papier etc.. Es gibt Bücher, Malzeug, man kann sich einen Regenschirm, Einkaufstasche und andre Nettigkeiten ausleihen. Da hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht. Abzug leider für die Matratzen und den in die Jahre gekommenen Balkon. Dafür super Bad, gute Küche, gemütliche Sofaecke. Alles in allem solide mit Potenzial nach oben.
