“Slopes easily accessible, spa was nice, but jacuzzi’s were not functioning properly. Water temperature could have been warmer in the pool and jacuzzi. ”

“Our flight arrived late. We tried calling the hotel several times to let them know we would arrive after 11pm. There was no answer. Upon arrival just after midnight, there was no lights on outdoors or indoors. It was very dark. I rang the bell/intercom, it answered and said leave a message. I ended up sleeping in my car infront the hotel. When it got light I checked and again nobody was in the reception. At 745am somebody opened the door, I asked he if worked there he said no, he hasn't seen……

“Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated ”

“Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l’ensemble. La chambre était propre, confortable et offrait une très belle vue. Le petit-déjeuner était correct. En revanche, le dîner nous a déçus. Nous n’étions pas en demi-pension et le menu proposé à 50 € ne nous a pas semblé justifier son tarif. Nous avons opté pour une fondue, spécialité de la région. Malgré une réservation à 19 h, nous avons attendu 45 minutes avant d’être servis, ce qui est beaucoup trop long. Autre point regrettable : le vin……

“The hotel, whilst it looks fine from the entrance, is tired and in need of significant investment. The location is fantastic. Best part. We had a superior room with a fabulous direct view of Monte Bianco. Bathroom is old, dirty pointing around the bath, fittings at least 20 years old, broken dirty fan, etc. And they don’t make the beds properly-no duvet cover-just a duvet sandwiched between two sheets which turns into a twisted mess by morning. Breakfast was ordinary-lots of pastries, limited……
