"The TV did not work, there were no WiFi and the toilet tank kept running non stop. The morning we were supposed to vacate the premises, they ran after us thinking that we were leaving and not paying the $7 fee, but we were just running errands at around 7 am. Horrible experience for my family. I end up leaving our vehicle outside and taking a cab to prove them that an adult was still with our luggage in the room. That’s just ridiculous. Mind you the room had been paid in full the whole time. "

"I had to clean the room myself, and bedding were offered to be changed only once in the week. Water in the bathroom strangely stopped and led to usage of a bucket instead.
