“Great place- great staff!”

“Clran rooms and helpful staff”

“Room was clean and fresh. The only complaint was the about sleeping. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Sheets woven and scratchy and pillows Lilly. Very quiet environment with coffee and tea in lobby. The one by the coffee has a machine that provides hot water but it was brown from coffee so needs cleaning. Didn’t use the workout room but was cold and clean. Pool looked okay. No hot tub. Staff helpful. Given two free drinks at check in for the Swinging Bridge next door where……

“Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor,……

“There were public hairs in the sheets, which would seem to mean the sheets weren’t fresh. The bathroom wreaks like urine. There was red bacteria growth in the bathroom. The floor felt sticky in spots. The lady at the front desk was a rude as al get out and wouldn’t let us check in a half hour early, even though we called ahead and were told we could. She was very rude. There is an air freshener piped in throughout the whole building. It’s disgusting. VERY unpleasant for sensitive people. It was……

“For a standard overnight, it met all expectations with it being a clean, quiet facility with the standard hotel breakfast offerings. Where it really stood out was the large pool and the best hotel hot tub I have seen in a long time. Big and hot. Lol. And the jets worked as expected. These days it seems like a pleasant surprise when everything goes the way you expect it to and here, everything was good.”

“Hair dryer did not work, the room smell like old cigarettes smell. Window screen was chewed away from the birds. Bathroom counter top had cigarette burns even the lamp shade. No clock in the room and could hear the guests in the next room. Its definitely older hotel that needs some upgrades. Room was 438 and a basic breakfast bar but could have gone into restaurant if open as we did not check.”
