Extremely local chinese hotel. English speaking staff were far and few. Staff all hesitant and not confident to deal with foreigners so the communication was a struggle. But everyone was nice and polite. The common areas are not well maintained (i.e. lobby) so if you are looking for an upscale experience this is not your place. Most importantly the operations and management of the place is very poor. Everyone was all over the place. It was a mess. The team couldn’t manage the guests and it affected our enjoyment and experience.
