“Our visit was nice and comfortable. The space was exactly as the pictures posted. The beautiful modern aesthetic was very comforting. Despite it being in the basement, both bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. With the space located in the basement it was still quiet and peaceful. The communication from the host was expectional. He was timely with his responses and he quickly helped me navigate through a challenge I had on my end with booking. “Conveniently located but close to train tracks so when the train comes through it is pretty noisy. Otherwise this worked really well for us. We were in town for a baseball tournament. Only suggestion I have is to add a frying pan to the kitchen for guests to make breakfast. Host was easy to get in touch with. I would stay here again.”

Said she would call VRBO immediately to refund me, well the day of trip for one is bad but she didn’t contact VRBO nor answer their calls. ”

Although the listing isn’t specific about this being an apartment with a house above, the neighborhood is quaint & peaceful. Also, there is a side gate, allowing for complete seclusion from the above property. Would recommend this to anyone!”
