「I didn't like ANYTHING about this place!!They should not b renting out rooms that look like the one issued to me. The walls & baseboards were horrible & the side of the fridge was disgusting! Fridge & tub had NOT been cleaned! There was roaches & I assume bed bugs because something was crawling on me throughout the entire stay & left there with a rash all over my body! They weren't willing to give refund until they went & investigated, which is a slap in the face! This place should b condemned!」

「Housekeeping was not ideal. Didn’t clean room 1st day. And many items out so had to get myself by walking down to desk. Roach in shower. Vacuum job not thorough and they never installed the shower gel that I had to ask for - they just left it sitting in shower on top of the empty which tells me they never looked」

「The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.」
