「This is a unique property. No front desk. Must register and do all the approvals prior to showing up. Must be able to climb steps of on second floor. But, the room was great, had all the amenities, was clean, and was appointed. I liked my stay. 」

「I was super excited to rent this place until I got there I had issues with my code but customer service was great n helpful zero complaints about that... The apartment doesn't get cleaned properly I found an airport tag from June under my nightstand zero Internet n couldn't watch anything on the TV in the living room the area was ok really close to lots of things n activities.... Food crumbs in the master bedroom nightstand water leaking in the master bathroom looks like they just go do beds not...

"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
