Consider this apartment your home away from home while you visit Dallas. This awesome property features 760 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment with a king bed , perfect for small groups or families. Enjoy the convenience of a fitness room, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine during your stay. Features a rooftop pool and beautiful skyline view from terrace. 5 minute walk to convention center. Car rental, 7/11 and restaurants across the street 5 minute drive to American Airlines Center. A quaint space with excellent amenities, this apartment is a great place to call homebase while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay.

I never received check-in instructions. Thought maybe they’d arrive the day of check in. An hour before still nothing. When both I and vrbo tried contacting the host no one ever responded. Trip was cancelled by the host the day of check in and I had to be refunded by vrbo and make new arrangements that night. Trip was completely ruined by The lack of communication from the host for no reason at all. Completely unprofessional to avoid calls and communication from the host.

Just a little more

Location was amazing! Just what we needed. Building smelt like weed, but you dont find places that dont anymore. Check-in was easy, front desk had the keys. Valet is onsite and they are good! Make sure to tip them, serivce is way better! No trash can or bags of any kind on site. Bring your own. Also, bath towels were brand new never washed, so they left fuzz all over your body. We had no choice but to use them because we didnt pack any. No full length mirror which would be an added bonus in the bed room or on the bathroom door. Couch in the living room is beautiful, but is hard as a rock. Dont plan to get comfortable. TVs are way too big for the space. And seem a little fragile, dont walk to close.Outdoor space was awesome! The Exchange Hall is right across the street and just a few blocks from the convention center. We came for volleyball! I would book this place again, just might bring things from home aince we drove to Dallas.Alarr

Walking in there is a stink coming from kitchen area , tried to spray husbands cologne There were no trash cans or bags appliances looked dirty as well Found several dead cockroaches on floor, Big sliding door is off its track. Can do to balcony thru other room The bed was comfortable. Would stay again if would have better luck with smell and bug cleanup

Weekend training

Great location. Host is quick to respond. $22 for valet parking a night. It was a perfect location for walking distance to our training and lots to do around there in walking difference.
