They helped me a lot. My flights got delayed and I arrived way passed my reservation time (2am) and they were kind enough to keep my reservation and check me in even at that tiem. I am super grateful and definitely will return!

Great place to stay for a few nights or a few weeks if you need a long stay near DFW. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as smooth as possible; I recommend this place highly.

Desastre!
No pudimoa lhacer el checkin. Reservamos el mismo dia por la noche desde el aeropuerto, la cancelacion de nueatro vuelo, y cuando llegamos eran las 2 AM. El recepcionista nos dijo que no admitia emtradas mas tarde de la 1 AM, aun cuando la reserva estaba hecha a la 1.15 AM, y que si queriamos entrar teniamos que reservar con ellos directamente a un precio mas caro. Despues de una hora al telefono con hotels, todavia estamos esperando la cancelacion de hotels y el reembolso, pero el hotel es viejo, sucio y mal olor.

It was a very good stay Perfectly clean room Tasty coffee every morning Comfortable bed slept well No noise issues The bathroom sink control failed fortunately it was last day The only other thing worth mentioning is I had a kitchenette and I requested plates silverware and coffee maker and was told that it would take time to gather up because of the shortage of employees. Otherwise, I would stay again.

This hotel was easy to get to and close enough to the airport that we didn't have to rush last Sunday morning. It was very clean but the bed was a little uncomfortable. No big deal! There's no place like home and sleeping in your own bed. :) Tiffany, the manager, was amazing. Very friendly. Thank you to Tiffany and Extended Stay America!
