We checked in but did not stay in the apartment. When we arrived, we smelled an intolerable odor throughout. The bathroom shower curtain was laid over the doors to the washer and dryer and not hung in the bathroom. Outside was littered with trash and there was heavy construction nearby which was noisy. None of this was disclosed in the property description. I requested a refund of the money we paid since we did not stay there but the owner/manager did not respond. We left the apartment as we found it and booked a room in a hotel.

Terrible communication from Host, they never gave us the front gate code, we were locked out our entire stay, we had to rely on others to get into the front gate. We reached out several times to no avail. Vrbo wasn’t much help either, I had to buy new linen, the bed was very very uncomfortable and old, The place was clean and big free. Worst experience ever
