The Space:
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum and observe quiet hours between 9 PM – 8 AM.
Pets: Allowed with an additional fee (see house rules for restrictions).
Pest Notice: Dallas climate can occasionally attract ants or roaches despite routine pest control.
Other Notes: Mail/package delivery is not available. Community amenities (pool, gym, etc.) may be closed periodically for cleaning or maintenance. Basic starter supplies are provided; guests staying longer may need to restock.
Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy other fantastic on-site amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Irving offers prime connectivity with quick access to Highways 635, 114, 161, and 183, making travel around the metro simple. Local attractions include the Irving Arts Center, numerous parks, the Mustangs of Las Colinas Museum, and the picturesque Mandalay Canal Walk. Grocery shopping is easy with Tom Thumb, Fiesta Mart, and Whole Foods nearby. Retail options can be found at the Shops at MacArthur Hills, while dining ranges from In-N-Out Burger and Our Glass Restaurant & Bar to The Ranch at Las Colinas. Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate Hackberry Creek Country Club just minutes away.
Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.

Guest Verification & Booking Requirements
To comply with legal and HOA regulations, the primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. By completing this reservation, you agree to our rental terms and commit to signing a rental usage agreement.
Prior to check-in, you must successfully pass through our secure verification portal. This requires:
A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
A matching credit card.
Confirmation of your contact information.
A criminal background check (only if mandated by the building or property management).
