"Renovated rooms quiet and efficient friendly staff"

"The room itself felt very dirty. The carpets, curtains and chair had stains in them i could.only imagin what it would.look like under a blue light. Over all though not bad, was right next to the restaurant's and the amenities were not to bad. "

"Very clean and spacious hotel in a desirable yet quiet part of the city. Concert venues were nearby and easy to get to. Lots of things to do in the area such as shop and eat plenty. Had no issues whatsoever apart from there being no microwave in our room, but otherwise an exceptional stay with amazing staff. "

"Booked a room 7 months in advance, was given a completely different room upon check-in, of lesser value. Wasn’t told this was going to be the case during check-in, was told the a staff member that nothing could be done as there were no rooms available. Towels and bath mat were stained and mold in the shower, was very disappointing."

"mold on the bathroom roof and walls. dishes weren’t clean in kitchen and stove was absolutely disgusting. i had to figure out to flip the breaker to turn the stove on as well and there were cockroaches"
