"I stayed from April 11-17, 2024. The staff, both hotel and restaurant, were very friendly and polite. My room was nice, the pool was nice, the food was great, the entertainment in the lounge was good. It is literally right next door to SM Mall and various modes of transportation. "

Our room cleaning staff Maria and Xandra even wrote us a kind note to ask if there was anything extra they could do to help make our stay great. We had wonderful massages, found it easy to book off-property activities right from the hotel, and enjoyed the food and drinks, too. We especially loved the staff coming around at breakfast to offer local specialties to try. The pool is huge and beautiful. It felt like a paradise and we hope to return again soon!"
