"We had chosen thi property over others due to its close proximity to town. It was less than a 5 min drive to Main Street. The property was clean and comfortable. We loved having the hot tub out on the deck!"

"We stayed overnight for a baseball tournament. This room was located very close and worked perefct for the quick trip. Fees that are added to the room seemed to be a bit excessive especially when your asked to take out your own trash. Either way worked for what we needed."

My daughter, her husband and their two children already had nearby hotel accommodations, but we planned on spending our time together during the day. The house, originally a small country cottage style was updated and enlarged to include three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a nicely sized kitchen, dining area and enclosed back porch area we found quite comfortable. "Absolutely beautiful place! You’ll never get tired of the scenery. The house was decorated so cute. Everything you’ll need is a couple miles down the road and then you get to return to the peaceful, quiet farm. Heather was very considerate and reachable. I would definitely stay again."

"We had an amazing stay, close and convenient to Knoxville. This house was perfect! Spacious rooms and bathrooms. My teens loved being able to Bluetooth into the built-in speakers in each room. Nice outdoor space with grill and carport. Beds were comfortable too!"

"Great. Enjoyed it, as pictured. The only reason I gave it 4/5 instead of 5/5 is cleanliness. Upon arrival, we found socks lying around, cobwebs on lights above bar and dust on everything. I would definitely stay again, but if you’re paying a cleaning fee…it should be a bit cleaner and than it was."

"Everything was wonderful for our stay. Only thing is I wish there was a broom and some basic cleaning supplies. I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view. "The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise."
