The owner seemed very cooperative and I'm sure will get everything on track. Issues: oven wouldn't light, gave off noxious odor; stove burners left heavy soot on any pot or pan; bare light bulbs need fixtures; staircase needs some sort of railing to be safe (esp. in the middle of the night); needs a cook's touch in the kitchen to get it outfitted right (e.g., need……

Only issue was there was a family in the adjacent unit who had very loud toddlers shrieking and running around, which the parents didn’t even try to keep in check, so we were awoken at 6:15am; had hoped to sleep soundly to 8 am.
