"This was the perfect spot to begin meeting with builders, scoping out the new area! We loved the location and accommodations. The unit was equipt with all that we needed for the weekend and welcomed our little furry friend, complete with a doggie bed to use during our stay. I would stay again on Memorial day weekend but waited too long to book! It was already reserved. I'm sure we'll stay again in the near future."

"The condo is very clean and so comfortable with a gorgeous view! We were able to walk right outside to the dock for fishing and to relax by the water. You can even see the beautiful view from the couch on chillier days. My daughter played outside with friends she made there and we enjoyed amazing sunrises. Ben was very kind and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. We’re looking forward to going back when the weather is warmer!"

"First time staying in Mariner’s Landing. Nice, dog friendly community close to the state park. Enjoyed some pickleball and the fitness center. Condo was as advertised and has amazing views. Michael was very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend."

"We arrived after dark but had no problem finding the unit. The photos were up to date. We were happy to be together for the Thanksgiving holiday. When we woke the following morning & we were in awe with the gorgeous view of SML. We took a walk throughout the complex, walked to the restaurant Napoli's on the property one night. Chatted with locals. Loved our stay & want to come back during the summer. It was a perfect getaway!"
