The pillows were smal and hard and lumpy, the bed was hard. The room needed upgrading, the isn't a vanity on any kind in the bathroom. But it was very clean and in a good location.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn in Harrodsburg, KY. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and we felt welcomed during our stay. I especially want to mention Jen. She was absolutely amazing—so kind, friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. She really made our stay extra special and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. People like Jen are what make a hotel experience memorable. ❤️ The only downside for us was that there was no pool, which would have been a nice extra, especially for families. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

There was not anything unique about the property. It was an older hotel which we will stay at on occasion. The problem came when we entered our room and had to kill three roaches within the first five minutes. It was very late, so we did not call the front desk. Hotels were in short supply because of the time of year(Keeneland.) We did not bother to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast...if there are roaches in the room, there are most definitely roaches in the kitchen.

The room was clean and seemed to be recently updated. HOWEVER, there was a foul smell that we could not identify. The room was damp and in need of a dehumidifier. When we got home I had to wash everything that I had packed and air out my pillow and suitcase. EVERYTHING smelled like stale cigarettes and a cheap hotel.

The staff was really, really nice! However, we had booked there because they had a pool and when we got there, they informed us that the prior owner had filled it in, so there was just a patio. They said the new owner wants to put the pool back in next year. The property looks a little older, but the room was comfortable, the air conditioning was great and the hotel was centrally located.

The place smells like cigarette smoke, rooms, hallways, etc. There are doors on each floor to the outside that remain open 24 hours a day. Security cameras don't work, desk person told me that and that the room phones don't work. The first night I stayed there was a huge fight outside the building at 1:30am. The next night I woke up when someone tried to gain entry to my room at 3:30am. The following day I was supposed to spend another night but paid for another room elsewhere. My fees were not refunded.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the entire building smells like smoke. The halls and inside our guest room, sheets, towels. Everything was embedded with it. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke this isn’t the best option. Also the walls were super thin, lots of noise. I hate to leave negative notes, but for health reasons some of you might need this info.

The property needs funding to address needed refirbushment. Need new pillow, repair scattered damages through the property. Replace the pool that was removed. Provide body/shower gel. Address the strong odor in guest hallways and rooms. Smells like the hotel is pet friendly but pet 'issues' have not been addressed or cleaned.

The staff was excellent--knowledgeable, very helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The sink could have had more space for toiletries. Did not keep the breakfast items stocked the first day, but the second day was fine. On the whole I was very pleased with the whole experience.

We were not warned that the place was being remodeled. The rooms were not set up as advertised do to the remodel. The pool was a patio. Location was so so. It is a working man's weekly hotel. The food area had a B rate from the state. Overall not horrible but...I will say management did try making the place look good. The staff was excellent.
