「Room service is very good. Food is also very good. View at the balcony is excellent.」

「Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely.」

「It is an excellent place to stay if you are not looking for a classical style "Hotel". It has a very warm and ready-to-please Staff - only 8 of them to manage all ten rooms. It is a heritage Property with all the quaintness and old-world charm in terms of the building and furnishings etc. It has a feeling of a large Homestay with very personalised Service. Recently renovated and therefore still needs some "De-bugging" I would recommend it if you are looking for a warm and stay」

「It is a heritage hotel in keeping with bygone times. Super close to the mall. Lovely dining room for dinner with fireplace and candlelit. Food was terrific with alot of choices. Buffet bfast but you can request eggs how u like. Some renovation works currently but all staff and workmen encountered always super polite and helpful beyond . If I were to go back to darjeeling I would definitely stay here. ...the drive from bagdogra to darjeeling is an experience in itself.」

「Overall did the job, not exceptional but friendly staff always helpful. A little out of town but incredible views of the Himalayas. Breakfast was not a buffet for some reason, and no fridge/mini bar in room.」

The room itself had a very cozy feel and was perfect for a family, and the staff was phenomenal—always friendly and eager to help. However, the room's main selling points fell short of expectations: Jacuzzi Maintenance: The floor jet caps were missing (except for 2 or 3), making it uncomfortable to stand or sit in. Additionally, it took so long to fill that I had to call reception to have it filled manually. As a result, we...

「Well maintained. Good customer service.」

「Location is so nice to view the entire train station.」

「位置稍嫌遍遠，不好找。我住的頂樓套房沒有暖氣，冬天非常冷，熱水器又忽冷忽熱，差點不敢洗澡了 人員非常親切，設備很舒適，視野不錯」

「Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out.」

「Great location, walkable to the Toy Train. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was able to organise taxis and sightseeing trips. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast but there was no shortage of food. Would stay again.」

「It is very close to shopping center and trail. The only downside are stairs..steep stairs.Person needs to be physically fit to stay in this hotel」

「Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. 」

「Ready to walk little bit. Hotel send bell boy to help you , if you are with luggage. View is great 👍」
