“Checked into room on 3rd floor, unfortunately had a bad mold isse and the bed was damp. Got relocated to another room, not as bad mold but noisy AC unit. Got transferred to 5th floor room. No issues. Staff was very helpful resolving the issue. Trains a little noisy-hence earplugs in rooms.”

“Convenient to I-95 & a number of chain restaurants. Was very clean. Good place to stay if travelling through.”

“The hotel address on map is not correct, we followed the map on the iPhone, it guided us to the Target.”

“I booked thru Expedia, paid in full up front. The sleepin part of the room was fine. However there were no tissues in the box, the floor in the toilet and bath area was dirty and worst of all I ran the shower water for 15 to 20 minutes and it never warmed up. I am not into cold showers. Very disapointed. Asked the clerk for an adjustment to the room price, said I had to ask Expedia as they are the third party. Not sure how to contact them, but will look.”

“Check in with super fast and our check-in agent was super helpful. Our room was clean, had a kitchenette complete with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove top, and microwave, as well as coffee machine and all that comes with that. Beds were super comfy. Sofa was also a pull out. Clean bathrooms and soap provided. The kids enjoyed the pool, except the water was a little cloudy yesterday (8/8/26 around 6:30pm) when we visited, and there were only three pool towels, which our party of 5 had to……

Déjeuner inclus... rien à manger ou presque il a fallu manger au restaurant...très décevant, humide et ça sentait un mélange de cigarettes et de marijuana quand c'est sensé être non fumeur...”
