「Property was spotlessly clean. Plenty of space at the property to accommodate 5. Host was very helpful and provided all the information prior to our arrival. 」

「Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

「Nice gentleman greeted us and explained house rules. Took a little time to meet on arrival but no issues.」

「The location was good, there were no towels and personal items left out eg hosts flip flops in the shower. The host was helpful with check in but appeared reluctant with information regarding g using facilities on boat eg the oven The interior of the boat did not feel clean. Maybe we were just unlucky but I would not stay again and probably wouldn’t recommend. There is probably something better out there for this money 」

「Probably a scam. I payed for my stay but never had the opportunity to go because I didn't receive check-in instructions and property was unreachable, not even Expedia could reach them.」
