Top Class in The Top End
Everything was just amazing. From the easy access and parking to the beautiful apartment with its comfy beds and lounges and beyond to the amply provisioned larder. Way better than expected. We even had a Chrissy tree and decorations. Thanks for having us!

Perfect location. In a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of everything either by bus or taxi. The unit has everything that you will need and more. Fantastic stay.

Perfect place, perfect location
We loved our stay at Nautika! It was the perfect spacious apartment for our young family to spend a week in Darwin. The view was STUNNING, and we really appreciated the few little extras in the fridge and pantry - it definitely made it feel a bit more special. We loved the location - close enough to be handy to get to the city quickly, but a nice distance away to not be right in the CBD.

Nausea home stay
Excellent position with views over the water to Darwin Large roomy apartment. Easy access to parking. Locality is great, just 10 mins to city. Host was excellent and larder was stocked with essentials and some lovely extras in the refrigerator. Would recommend this unit.

Nautika at Bayview
We couldn't have asked for more for our family stay at Nautika. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well situated. Our host Jan, had open communication channels and made life easy for us. Upon arrival, there were more than sufficient food items in the fridge and pantry until we found our feet for a shop (not to mention a few treats as well). I have no difficulty at all in recommending Nautika as a great spot to stay when visiting Darwin (both in terms of location and suitability). For those looking for good coffee and a meal while staying and Nautika, I can recommend Laneway Coffee at Parap, which is only a short drive away. Wish I had found it earlier.

Beautiful apartment
Loved the apartment and location, all the little things ( beach towels, pantry items, cooler bags, toiletries, etc) are at the apartment. The view from the balcony is amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

The photos don’t lie
A great place to stay with everything you need to enjoy a stay in Darwin. The apartment was very clean with some provisions waiting for us in the fridge on our arrival. Jan the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! Located very close to the CBD, Cullen Bay and Fannie Bay with amazing views of the city skyline - we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a base whilst in Darwin.

Jan was a great host with really good communication burning booking and about access. Super clean, well furnished and bountiful. Fabulous to be able to stay somewhere where not only were the basics there but a lot of care put into proving extras. And the view….

Darwin winter break
our winter break in Darwin was fabulous especially because of our stay at Nautica. Jan has made sure that you are not missing anything, everything you need is at hand and she makes checking in a breeze. The apartment is roomy , homely and stocked with some provisions for breakfast etc. The views from the balcony are amazing , it is definately a place we want to come back to stay at again, thanks for great place to stay, see you in the future . Perfect in every way
The apartment itself was perfect in every way. Immaculately clean, immaculately furnished and our host Jan truly thought of and took care of our every need, even stocking the fridge and cupboards for our arrival. The location of the apartment is great. Only 5 mins away from the city & easily accessible by Uber or by hiring electric bikes. Yet, it is far enough away to escape the hussle and bussle & enjoy the security & serenity of being out of the city and on the waterfront. We will definitely be back… loved it!

Fabulous Darwin Stayz
Thank you Jan, Couldn’t have wanted anymore from a property, absolutely fabulous. There is everything you could possibly want and more. Roomy, clean, quiet, fabulous view, well equipped. Close to the city. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony watching the world go by.

This apartment is beautifully decorated, and is equipped with everything and more that a family could need while on holiday. It is clean and more than adequately stocked with supplies. Conveniently located within a short drive to the city, the top floor apartment provides a lovely view of the city. Jan is a great host and I would highly recommend a stay a Nautika Bayview.

Amazing Apartment
This apartment is located a short distance from Darwin and allows easy access to all of the metro area. It’s quiet picturesque setting was ideal for a relaxing week holiday. The apartment is well appointed, very clean and the owner is very hospitable. I would thoroughly recommend staying here

Amazing place to stay
Perfect in every way, Jan needs to be complimented not only for the way the unit is but also for having Everything, and I mean everything, you might need during your stay, the welcome treats in the fridge were perfect as we got in late and tired, having something there for dinner was amazing and being able to make bacon and eggs the next morning was great. Great Property and Host
Jan was a super host - very quick to communicate, easy check in with very clear instructions. The property was as described with a great balcony overlooking the waterways. The apartment was big enough for my family (even during the crazy lockdown) - pool is great and was an absolute life saver. Highly recommend this apartment as a base for exploring Darwin easy to get to and from and in a great suburb.

Fantastic Getaway
We stayed for two weeks and it was fantastic. All the little added extras made you feel right at home. Jan was easily contacted if we needed advice on recommendations on where to visit or eat. The area was close to town and easy to get to the highways to head out to Litchfield Park. Amazing holiday had by all.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location
We had a wonderful stay at Jan's place. The apartment is spacious and very homely and the view from the balcony is incredible. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and strolls along the walkway just downstairs. Close to the CBD too. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Home On The Marina
Beautiful accommodation on the marina, perfect way to end the day after working and then be able to spend some downtime on the weekend. Jan has thought of everything here and makes you feel like you are staying with friends and relatives. The worst part is bound to come when we have to leave which will be sad!! But have found my new go to accommodation now that I have business needs in Darwin!

Best Accommodation Experience Ever.
Our family has had a wonderful stay in Jan’s apartment. She has thought of everything to make our stay truly a home away from home experience. The extras in the fridge and pantry were so thoughtful and much appreciated. The apartment is just like it is in the photos & the view is gorgeous from all sides of the apartment. Nautika Stay - July 2020
Lovely home away from home. Clean and comfortable. The little things meant a lot such as a breakfast package which was handy after driving a long way. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Well appointed apartment with beautiful views. A stocked fridge and pantry with all essentials plus everything you need for swimming, sightseeing and relaxing. Can not praise the property enough. Bus stop at the door but more suited to having a car. We'll be back....
