The TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi (router connected but no internet), the bed was broken, hot water in the shower was inconsistent (scalding to cold cycling every 30 seconds) and the elevators slow. There are only two elevators in a large tower and to go up or down involved a long wait and many stops. That got tedious. ”
