We loved this place. Secluded, but close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and on-site restaurant. Villa was clean and organized. If I was writing a novel, I would spend a couple months here! Very peaceful and restful.🏆🏆🏆

What I like most about this hotel is that it has rooms that could conveniently sleep several people. Last year, we were 8, this year, 3. I also like their restaurant, which has a variety of food and drinks options. And being that I have close relatives in Davao, I was able to invite them to dine in the hotel with me, thus avoiding hassles finding restaurants somewhere else. I also like the warm pool, has good size and depth.

Booked here to accommodate a family flight that got delayed, it was already past 8pm when I started booking, I noted in the comments we wouldn't be arriving till 1-2 am. Then when it was finalized I get the policy they only check in till 9pm. I instantly requested to cancel the booking and never got any response. I ended up having to book at another hotel and pay for a room here that I was unable to check in to.

The rooms are clean and are comfortable. It is more like a 3 star environment but well maintained. The Staff and the Owner very kind, cheerful, very accommodating and give excellent service. The only disappointing thing was their internet service is absolutely dismal. They did accommodate by providing a wifi booster to the room even with that the Wifi was very patchy and not really able to do business on one's laptop. Our stay was comfortable. It is a safe environment as it is in a gated community. You absolutely need a Car to access any place as this is a local housing environment. Or you will need to use a Taxi to access anything.

First Room had no hot water and the TV didnt work. It was very basic. I had another hotel the previous week for a cheaper price that was in better condition. The Airconditioning was only in the bedrooms, so to cool the living / dining area, had to keep bedrooms open and on max cool.

Pros. There is a restaurant, pool, and it has friendly staff. Lovely grounds. The rooms have cable TV. The beds are comfortable. There is a kitchen with a fridge, cooktop, and eating equipent. Cons. There isn't any dishwashing equipment or dishwashing soap. Some of the food isn't the best at the restaurant, chose wisely. There are no bowls or pots in the kitchen.

Roach motel

We stayed one night then cancelled and demanded a refund. There is no service and the place is infested with roaches and ants. This is probably due to the complete lack of clealiness
