The Space:

Boasting a host of family-friendly amenities, the fun begins the very moment you arrive. Save the unpacking for later and head out back to the screened-in lanai to lounge the day away while soaking up those plentiful rays and cooling off with a refreshing swim in your personal pool. With a partially fenced-in yard, enjoy the fresh air while you ease all your cares away in the spa and the barbeque master among you whips up a delicious feast on the charcoal grill.



Beyond the beauty and comfort of the home itself, add an extra layer of enjoyment to your stay by spending leisurely hours shopping and dining at Posner Park just on the other side of the highway. When you’re ready to venture out into the broader Davenport and surrounding areas, all the theme parks are a short drive away along with the vibrant destinations of ChampionsGate and Sunset Walk.



As you step into this luxurious home, you're greeted by a spacious and elegantly decorated living area complete with comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and plenty of natural light filtering in through the expansive windows. The open floor plan seamlessly transitions into the fully equipped kitchen, where preparing meals for the family is a delight assisted by stainless steel appliances, ample counterspace, and sleek cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a spread of appetizers while seated up at the counter or gather everyone around the chic dining table to socialize over a delicious homecooked meal. More fun times can be made in the garage-converted game room, where you can lose yourself in the pages of a good book or crank up the competition at the foosball table.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.

• Smoker rental available for $85.

• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

• Please note that while this home features a seating area that resembles a hot tub, it is not a hot tub. The pool can be heated upon request, but the seating area will maintain the same temperature as the pool.

• Pet friendly! An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets.

• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located on the front door and actively monitoring the entrance.

• Stroller and Pack ‘n Play included.



These incredible accommodations are located just a few miles from all of the exciting parks and attractions this area has in spades, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further out, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando.



Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 10 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and more. There’s truly something for everyone!



HOUSE RULES:

• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.

• Always observe quiet hours after 10PM, as there are neighbors close by.

• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
