The Modern Sunset Retreat is a fully renovated, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home thoughtfully furnished and designed with our guests in mind, boasting a modern-industrial ambiance. The comfortable living spaces leads into the spacious backyard with a screened patio, BBQ, and lawn games—a perfect setting for fun. This family friendly neighborhood is nestled in Central Florida, just 15 miles (15 minutes) from the magic of Disney and 22 miles (35 minutes) from the adventures of Universal Studios. **FREE EV CHARGING DURING YOUR STAY** (Message us for details) The Modern Sunset Retreat is a four bedroom, two bathroom fully remodeled home in sunny Davenport, Florida. The property is managed by us for a more tailored experience! The Space: The Living Room and Foyer: - Wall-mounted 55 inch smart tv with access to various streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Max, and many more) with guest's own log in credentials - Books, playing cards and board games (Monopoly, Uno, Sorry and many more) - Free WiFi (Up to 500mb speeds) for high speed streaming, gaming and video calls. - Large sliding doors let in abundant natural light The Kitchen/Dining Room: - Full kitchen and dining room with table seating for 5 - Kitchen bar has stool seating for 3 - All brand new appliances refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove top with oven, microwave, and dishwasher - Cookware, dinnerware, glassware and utensils -Kids dinnerware and utensils -Outdoor dinnerware - Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided - Toaster, blender, and air fryer - Drip coffee and French press coffee maker with complimentary coffee, decaf coffee, coffee grinder, tea, sugar, Sweet & Low, and Splenda - Welcome snacks and water provided upon arrival The Master Suite: - Queen sized bed with Zinus memory foam mattress - Ceiling fan with remote control - Wall-mounted Roku 40 inch Smart TV with access to various streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Max and many more) with guest's own log in credentials - Walk-in closet with hangers, luggage stand, infant crib, infant bouncer, and a pack & play Master Suite Bathroom: - Large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, waterfall shower and Squatty Potty - Complimentary use toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hair dryer The Guest Bedrooms: - One bedroom with a queen sized bed - One bedroom with a queen sized bed - One bedroom with two twin sized beds - All beds have Zinus memory foam mattresses, wall-mounted Roku 40 inch Smart TVs, closets with hangers, ceiling fans with remote controls and luggage stands Second Bathroom: - One full bathroom with waterfall shower and equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and toilet paper. The Outdoor Space: - Outdoor lounging and dining areas - 6 person dining table with umbrella - 4 person patio and table set - BBQ with propane tank and grilling utensils (A $50 fee must be paid prior to check-in this covers cleaning and propane expenses) - Screened in patio for comfort and protection from the Florida bugs :) - Cornhole game included for fun in the backyard Other Amenities: -Complimentary EV Charging (message us for more information) - Driveway parking for 2 cars and 1 street parking spot in front of the property without blocking traffic or any of the neighbor’s driveway. - Smart home features such as keyless entry and timed outdoor accent lighting - Free washing machine and dryer available for guest use, including detergent pods - Iron and full size ironing board Child and infant friendly property! The outdoor camera hanging above the garage facing the driveway and the ring doorbell are for your safety and security. The home features a smart lock for convenient and smooth check-in. We won't be available in person, but will be available via the airbnb app or by telephone at any time for any troubleshooting or questions. Promptness is a priority and we will have a response to you within an hour. Between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am expect a delayed message response. For the golf enthusiasts Champions Gate Golf Course is only 6 miles away. You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house and in the front and backyard areas. We also ask that you bring a blanket for them to lay on as pet hair is incredibly hard to remove from the surfaces. -Pets must be under direct supervision at all times -Clean up after your pet -Pets are not allowed on beds
