「Room was small with no fan or air conditioning although there was air con in public areas. Big issue was communication prior to checking in as despite paying upfront for my 4 days stay, I did not receive check in instructions till well past earliest check in time
If it was not for the expedia agents who helped, only remember Sabrina but there was someone else, I may still be waiting to check in now. This property's owners definitely need to look after their customers better」

「DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! VERY NASTY PLACE. Feels more like a homeless shelter. Empty pool, pee in corridors, filthy, nasty furniture; had young female to share a room with a big, grown man. Potentially very dangerous situation. The place was an absolute dump, could not stay here, not even one night--booked for 5 nights and didn't get a refund, not even for one night.」
