「This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. 」

「This was our 3rd stay at the Muntham Appartments (6th stay with Torquay holiday Lettings in total) & was fantastic as always. Grant & Adam always make us feel very welcome and valued guests. Our room was spotlessly clean as always and stocked with the essentials, as well as some lovely treats too. 「We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. 」

Very nicely appointed, perfectly clean and in a good location.
It can be noisey at the weekend due to its proximity to a nightclub, but it didn't affect us during our weekend stay.

「From the moment you arrive you are greeted by Adam, who makes you feel so very welcome. It’s like coming home. The apartment is absolutely spotless, and very well kitted out for all you could ever need. The beds are very comfortable, so is the lounge furniture.
