“Our room had no towels,we were in a wheelchair room. It was dark and our view was obstructed by a concrete wall.
When we came down for breakfast, their was no eggs, sausage, or potatoes and we had to wait until the food was replaced (about 10 minutes)
No pool!?!”

“I often stay here since I work here, but live in another town. I stayed for 3 bights on my last visit. I informed the receptionist that I would be working during the night and sleeping during the day. I was not informed that the hotel was going through renovations. I could not sleep for 3 days due to the constant hammering, sawing and drilling. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else during this time.”
