Lucini Cottage- wood fire and stunning bush views
Named in honour of Giacamo and Pietro Lucini who established The Old Macaroni Factory, Australia’s first macaroni manufacturing business which still can be seen in Hepburn Springs. Lucini is a delightful semi-detached 1 bedroom cottage in Hepburn Springs.
Offering a spacious open plan lounge-dining area, cathedral ceilings, king bed, gas open fire place and split-system air conditioning. Look out at Doctor’s Gully from the large spa bath or your private balcony and take in all that nature has to offer including the wide variety of birdlife, echidnas and wallabies that have been sighted around the property. The property is dog friendly but there is no secure yard.
When you’re ready to face the world, in just a 10 minute easy stroll through the gorgeous countryside you’re in the heart of Hepburn Springs. Walk to the Hepburn Store or enjoy dinner at the Surly Goat.
Pour yourself a wine, sit by the open fire and enjoy a movie on the 65” smart TV and take in all that Lucini and Hepburn Springs has to offer. Check out our sister property next door Lucini Two.

Peaceful Retreat
The cottage is lovely, very peaceful location. We had everything we needed. Close to shops and cafes. Spotlessly clean and tidy and well styled.

Hideaway Gem
Lucini cottage is one of a small group of cottages set in secluded street just off the main road in Hepburn. All I can say, is WOW, what a gorgeous and welcoming place. We arrived on a very cold night and after a long drive we appreciated that the lights and gas log fire place were on to greet us. Beautifully decorated and very cozy and only few minutes drive to Daylesford town centre.
