The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean. The room had a funny odor but they provide me with air freshener. It fixed the problem. The breakfast had a nice variety and the area was maintained throughout the entire breakfast period. I am sure I will stay there again.

I don't like being critical but there were some things that made the place pretty average or below. Snags in the bed comforter, the shower had not been wiped down as there was shampoo/soap left from the last guests, ring around the toilet bowl (maybe the room hadn't been used in a while), couldn't seem to get heat to come out of the univent and the breakfast wasn't anything to remember and the coffee was barely warm at 7:30a.m. which leads me to believe it was from the day before. Sharing my comments to help other travelers and hopefully the hotel managers.

Would have been a four star review if the elevator was working. Would’ve been nice to know before I booked the room. A fourth floor room with lots of bags to carry after a long trip is not fun. Other than that, the room was adequate and clean.

Hotel was clean and easy to find, easy to park, and well maintained. The breakfast was nice, and having coffee in the lobby daily was a nice touch. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed while we were there.

Even though the entire hotel is now nonsmoking, our room had a stale, musty smoke smell. The lobby area was quite nice but rooms could definitely use updating.
