Rest & Relax in this Spacious Beautiful MidCentury style Apartment with a Comfortable KING size Bed, Plus Sofa Bed, Soft linens, plush pillows, Soft Towels. Large full kitchen, living room, office space & bathroom. Living room with sofa bed is part of bedroom with no divider or wall.
Close to University of Dayton, Miami Valley Hospital, Restaurants, Schuster Performing Arts Center, Oregon Historic District, Dayton Dragon Baseball, Carillon Historical Park, Air Force Museum, Dayton Art Institute
The space

Plenty of space In this great apartment with fully appointed Kitchen and work space, large dinning space. Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pot and pans, dishes, utensils,silverware,etc. Bathroom
Sofa hide a bed couch for extra registered guests. Please note sofa couch is located in the bedroom with no wall or divider.
The washer & dryer are located in the community room which is a shared space.
Guest access
The community room has a washer & dryer and is available:
Monday through Friday 8 am to 8 pm
Saturday AFTER 3 pm to 8 pm
Sunday 8 am to 8 pm
Other things to note
You must be able to climb one flight of steps to the mid-century apartment.
There are 2 more apartments in the Farmhouse. You share only the entrance, porch, yard.
& Community room.
Please be mindful of other guests in the other apartments and enter stairs quietly. Close doors quietly. Smoke in designated area in the yard. No smoking in apartments or on porch.

Nice efficiency apartment

The loft was extremely clean and well kept. They had everything I needed for my short stay and even provided a few amenities in case I forgot a toothbrush or something.
