Stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat located on the 10th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Halifax River. The spacious balcony is the perfect spot to unwind and watch dolphins or whales play in the distance. The interior is designed to feel like home, with cozy, comfortable furnishings, warm tones, and an open layout that maximizes natural light. Large windows in the living area and both bedrooms provide panoramic views, making it feel like you’re always connected to the serene surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly connected to a spacious dining area, perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying family meals. Each bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary, complete with plush bedding and ample storage. The bathrooms are modern and elegant, featuring sleek finishes and plenty of space. One of the bathrooms is accessible and features a spacious layout, with a walk-in shower equipped with a bench and adjustable, handheld showerhead, ensuring comfort and convenience for all. The overall atmosphere of the apartment is both luxurious and inviting, making it a perfect getaway or a long-term home by the sea.

This condo "The Towers" is ideally located in the prime Daytona Beach ocean front area, within walking distance to Bel Aire Plaza and over a dozen local restaurants. The detached clubhouse has a workout room, sauna, individual storage units, and full-time on-site management. While you don't need a car in this prime location, there is an underground, deeded spot with this unit.

Great Experience
