"Communication was fabulous with our host, even on Christmas Day! The facility is clean and well supplied, as well as there was plenty of room for two adults and one preteen for the two overnights we were in town. It never hurts that we were staying right on the beach! I know we will consider staying here again when visiting family in Daytona! "

"Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. "We were lucky to find this property on such short notice. Room was clean, resident staff very helpful, and communication with host was prompt. The interior decor was very good. Just a few minor details that did not affect the stay that we let the host know about. Would book there again. "

"The building looks like it should be condemned. When I arrived I thought the property was closed it was in such bad shape. There’s no way I would ever take children of any age to this property. They have a security guard park his car and stand at the front entrance in the evening. Definitely the worst place I’ve stayed as an adult."

"Beautiful room in a stunning location. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean as you listen to the waves and see the amazing sunsets off the terrace. Host was super friendly and very attentive to every detail. The room has everything you need, just bring your clothes and toiletries and boom you are on vacation! They even have beach toys in the closet. The lobby is beautiful too and the staff keep it immaculate, shining windows and floors everyday. Super impressed."
