「Place is decent for the price. Its old but clean overall. Pillows are the cheapest that exist they are plastic. But bed was comfortable. Bathroom tub needed painting but good for the price」

「It was a very nice place you can tell they have pride in their motel it’s clean and it has new carpet and very nicely decorated a clean fridge and a microwave. Highly recommend this motel staff is very friendly. He came and asked me if we had enough towels which we did. 」

「Although this is a older establishment, it has been lovingly remodeled and decorated. It is similar to what was once called a 'tourist court' back in the 40s & 50s. But that suits me just fine. It fills the bill for an overnight stay, as long as a person isn't overly picky. I've stayed in fancy places from LA to NYC and metro areas in between, but a little place like this has a nostalgic appeal that hard to beat.」

「In all reality, for someone that’s in town just for work, it’s a great place to stay. They clean your room, replace used towels and do your bed. Restrooms a little small, sometimes slightly noisy outside environment due to the place being next to an intersection. But if you’re just looking for a comfortable bed with hot showers, great a/c, cable tv, and parking right in front of your room, all at the best price you can find in Stephenville, this is your place. 」

「We did not stay. After driving up to the facilities and seeing the condition we locked the doors and drove on until we found the last available room at the rodeway inn. 」

「I hotel is in poor shape, the door safety latch had half of it missing, the door to the room was bent, the swimming pool was not open nor did it appear it would be anytime soon as if had algae growing in it. The website said free breakfast, there was none. The hotel overall looks rundown」

「Traveling to South Texas we needed an overnight place to stay. We booked "The Hive" and are so glad we did! The place was spotless, had covered parking (that came in handy with the overnight storms), a huge fenced backyard for privacy, a king bed with one of the most comfortable mattresses and pillows ever, and great communication with the property owners! There is only one other house on the block and nothing worth seeing out front, but the back is where it's at with a big open space of nothing...

「We did a belated Christmas and spent New Year’s Eve. It was a great trip. I would highly recommend it.」
