Total Relaxation

This place was fantastic. Tucked away and very low key surroundings. The master bed was so comfy and sheets were so soft we had the best sleep in awhile. The State Park is very close and is a must see! Enjoy.....we did!!!

Getaway near the park

This was a great place for that next level camping Just about everything you need was provided. I was able to take their canoe out on the lake and catch fish right away We would love to come back someday

Happiness in Paradise

We loved our stay. The RV we stayed in was very comfortable and well equipped. The property was beautiful - fabulous live oak trees and butterflies flying everywhere. My favorite part was canoeing to de Leon Springs Park. It was peaceful and lovely and I'd like to go there again someday.

The trailer was very clean and close to everything. You can bike the area easily and it is within walking distance if the springs. The hosts are great and the property is very peaceful. We will definitely be back again.

Stay away!

Arrived at check in time. Property had not been cleaned from previous guests. Bed not made, dirty dishes on counter. Nice overall surrounding but in bad state of disrepair. Owner advised toilet was broken as blackwater tank plugged. Had to find alternate accommodations and still fighting with VRBO for a refund. Was likely a nice property some time ago, but has been left unmanaged for some time. Reviews sound great which is why I booked, but the most recent is over 6 months old. BEWARE. Look elsewhere.

It is the only camper on about 4 acres with the biggest Live Oaks. Saw 2 bi gators and a buck deer walked across the yard.

Quiet and convenient getaway!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this cozy RV for two nights. The setting is beautiful; you are surrounded by huge oak trees and ferns and it feels completely private. We loved how close it was to De Leon Springs - within walking distance. The close proximity meant we were able to get up early and get into the park with almost no wait. The same for getting a table at the Old Sugar Mill Pancake House. After spending a fun day at the park, it was so nice to have such a peaceful retreat only minutes away. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for such a great stay. We can't wait to come back again!

Your own private campground

We loved staying here! It really felt like your own private campground under the live oaks and Spanish moss. It was neat to hear all about the property and how it has been in the family for so long. My boys loved fishing, riding the paddle boat and riding bikes. We enjoyed sitting under the trees relaxing. The spring next door is wonderful. You are close to food, restaurants and entertainment but far enough away to not deal with traffic and crowds. This is a great camping experience without the hassle of setting up your own campsite.
