"The picture of the room that I purchased from the Internet was not the room that I got. I purchased a king size bed and got a queen size bed. No one seemed to care. No one apologized. The only reason I picked this hotel was because they offered me a king size bed and then I never got it. The rooms are extremely small and expensive, certainly by North American standards. "The flat was nice and cozy, in a great location, but we had a few negatives: The toilet sink had a harsh smell from the sewer, maybe it had not been used for long but it was quite distinct. We didn't want to turn on the heat during our stay, but we really could have used another duvet, my mom was freezing on the couch, and the blanket was not doing much. It would have been nice with some towels, don't know if I missed it in the description, but I forgot to bring my own."
