“When I first got to the Hotel I was skeptical. To be very honest I thought we would be out of place and would not enjoy our stay. However, after we got settled in our room, we felt very comfortable. The rooms were clean and the sound was quiet and private, comparable to other hotels. We decided to go down to the lounge and pool for a night cap, and the atmosphere was welcoming and the waitresses were kind and helped us with kindness. “I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner……

“Our stay was good.the room just needs a few adjustments like having a restaurant/room service menu in the room somewhere. 2 towels isn’t enough and the blackout drapes had lots of holes and looked shabby. Little things can add up and bring down the experience. ”
