"I have stated here often and the property is consistently run well. Housekeeping is great .Yhe pool is very nice with lots of chairs and a bar where you can get a drink for $11. Shout out to Kristen at the front desk who is super nice and helpful . I requested a mini fridge and it was in the room , Fun to chat with and learn about the area rest.etc Steps from the beach . Reasonable . Highly recommend"

"The hotel welcomes dogs. We could take Teddy everywhere. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is close to the beach and all restaurants. Our stay was good, but noticeably different than last time. Would’ve liked to see the staff more attentive in the lobby and at the front door. Greetings when entering and leaving were limited. The doormen were often on their phone and it would be appreciated if they hold the door open especially when pushing a stroller. When we left with a cart full of belongings, there was no offer to help load it onto our car. Pool area and grounds need to be cleaned up and organized overnight. Garbage should be removed from the lawn and pool area. Cushions should be placed into sitting areas."

"The room was clean upon entry. Staff that carried the bags in and out of room were friendly and upbeat. Valet guys again were very friendly and their assistance in packing and unpacking my vehicle especially considering some physical issues I am having was a tremendous help. Great, helpful guys the whole valet crew! Went to the bar on two separate occasions. Made what I ordered but pretty slow to get it made. Waiter came over way too many times to ask how our meals were but just my preference."

"A really cute, clean room to stay a night or more!’ Perfect for when I want to go to the shore and wish I had a room to stay instead of having to drive home the same day. It was everything I needed, in fact I probably would be fine living there! Danny was a great host and responded quickly to any questions I had. He also bought a beach cart just in time for my visit. Thank you Danny I’ll be back."

"The house made the trip! It was beautiful, very well decorated, and had everything we could have asked for. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt even better in person than it did in the photos. The host was also very kind, communicative, and flexible throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. They made the entire experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% come back again!"
Emory By The Sea - Fully Renovated Cozy 2 bed duplex in fantastic Asbury Park

"This rental was impeccably renovated and extremely clean. It was on a quiet, shady side street about a 12 minute walk from 1st or 2nd Ave beaches. All the appliances worked well and we had everything we needed (beach supplies). The air conditioning also was effective and quiet (central air). I appreciated the electronic keypad check-in because all 3 adults with me did not have to share keys and could come in and out as needed. The furniture was comfy, and the whole apartment looked like it had been decorated by an interior decorator. Very upscale.This isn’t a criticism but I want to call it out for parents of young kids: the rental itself was not very family-friendly for little ones. We had to bring our own baby items (pack n play, baby gate, booster seat) for my two-year old, and the dishes were very nice ceramic and glass that I was concerned he would break. Beach badges were also not provided and there’s no off-street parking so you’ll be circling the block looking for a spot which can be tough with little ones. And, getting the stroller up the front stairs can be a challenge. But this was not the fault of the rental, just a feature. I think for families with older kids (elementary and up) this would be a great place, or for singles or couples looking for a weekend getaway. Kids can stay upstairs and have their own space while parents are downstairs off the common area.William was very attentive and reachable throughout the weekend. I would give him 5 stars as a host!"
