“When i stayed for 4th of july there was no electricity. Room temperature at 82°. It was so uncomfortable. When I talked to front desk they said "sorry nothing we can do". I don't understand why it was not taken seriously or maybe call someone to fix the issue. I wish I could get a partial refund because even taking a shower was an issue. So bad.”

“Mattress old and very uncomfortable, scratchy rough sheets, front desk person constantly gone middle of the day, just a few of the things to name that guarantees we won't be back. Our excitement to be back at the jersey shore wore off quickly especially considering how much we're paying because of holiday weekend.”

“Overall, the room was clean, and the pool was decent. However, the service could be improved, as the hotel appeared to be understaffed with only one attendant available, which resulted in slower service and a less satisfactory guest experience”

“Dirty rooms. Gross shower. Smell like cigarettes, even though they’re advertised as a non-smoking facility. Couldn’t even stay the night on a holiday weekend because of how horrible it smelled, and were refused a partial refund. Just stay away.”

“We liked everything except the toilet tissue; it was horribly thin. I would think be part of such a large chain of hotels the quality would have been a bit better. Otherwise, everything was great.”

“We had one of the most pleasant stays at a hotel that we’ve ever had. We were especially impressed with Tiara and how helpful and accommodating she was during our stay. A real standout!”

“ROACHES! We stayed for only one night as it was the only hotel available. It was definitely run down and dirty. When we woke up, there were at least 6 dead roaches on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. When we told the site manager the next morning at check out he basically said they never had that issue but when I showed him a picture, he changed his story and said it was because of the heat. Don't recommend.”
