“Nice place close to campus. ”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! I booked this property 7 days prior to check in. I paid in full. I received an email from the host 5 days later (2 days prior to check in) that I owed another 200 (30% additional fee) because she listed the price incorrectly on the site. I called VRBO who confirmed I owed nothing and the host was not allowed to ask for more money. VRBO called the host on the day of check in only to finally get a response 3 hours prior to my check in (while I was driving to the……

“Absolutely an AWESOME stay! The communication was excellent from the start.The location is perfect. The property is like your own private retreat and half a mile down the street is any store or restaurant you could ask for. The place was immaculate with all the amenities you would need. We were fortunate to meet the hosts and they made us feel so welcome. If I could give more stars, I would. Highly recommend. No need ti look for anywhere else. We will definitely book here again!”

“The property was clean, had plenty of space for the four of us & our small dog. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. Close to many shops & restaurants, had more ammenities with the fully stocked kitchen than we need for our quick trip but now we know if we needed to stay longer to visit our son we could & even cook if we wanted to.”

“Dionne was the absolute best host!!! She allowed me to enter the property several hours before check-in so that I could decorate the inside as a surprise for my wife during Valentine's Day weekend. Wife was definitely happy! The property looks like a new build and all the furnishings were new and neatly arranged. We'll definitely be back in April looking for this same property.”
