The house itself was well maintained but the yard, dock, and porches were a different story! The hrass and weeds were so over grown. The porches were COVERED in spider webs and eggs sacs and spiders galore. Before being able to enjoy the dining table on the upstairs porch we had to kill all the spiders and knock down more spider webs than I’d ever like to remember. The sock was over grown with briars and was very unsafe. There were broken boards everywhere. There was also no football table as advertised. Over all we enjoyed our stay but he listing should be updated and the grounds need to be cleaned!! Thank you

Extremely DisappointedI’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and this was by far the worst experience. The house was disgustingly dirty from the moment we walked in. The main bedroom smelled strongly of fish, and dust was literally hanging off every ceiling fan. The furniture was so dusty you could write your name in it.The bathtub on the main level had a strange white substance in it, and the shower curtain had black stuff all over it. Even the blind in the bathroom was broken. The element light on the stove stayed on constantly, which felt unsafe. Several shelves in the refrigerator were broken, and downstairs there was something on the bedding.The floors were nasty, and all the return vents were completely black. It was obvious this property has not been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time.I would not recommend staying here until the owner does a full deep clean and addresses the maintenance issues. I did reach out to the seller regarding all these issues and even sent pics.
